During the conference you are invited to four social events, during which you can see more of Philadelphia and meet with the other conference attendants.

Don't miss the opportunities to network with the speakers and experts from around the world who have come to help solve your problems.

All these events are free of charge to jboye09 delegates, but reservation is required as some of the venues have limited seating. Please contact jboye09, if you have not already registered for the social events on your conference registration form.

Jetlag Reception

Sunday, May 3^rd, 6 PM

Conference delegates have travelled from around the world to come to Philadelphia.

This relaxed reception is a good opportunity to meet peers and some of the speakers

Monday, May 4^th, 6 PM

On the evening of tutorial day, everybody who has arrived in Philadelphia is welcome to join us for an informal evening in a nice setting.

Tuesday, May 5^th, 6.30 PM

All participants and speakers are invited to a conference dinner with food, bar, and entertainment. This is quite a popular party!

Post conference dinner

Wednesday, May 6^th, 6 PM

Those still around and with some energy left are invited for one final, nice post-conference dinner.

You'll get a chance to talk with the exhibitors, colleagues, and other delegates over a glass (or two!) of wine or beer before leaving Philadelphia.
